This is not your everyday lilac! Once commonly planted around southern Manitoba, these trees are making a comeback. Japanese Tree Lilac is a medium-sized tree, but certainly not a shrub, and grows in a slightly columnar style. It has showy, large cream-to-white blooms in early summer. |
